It is worth noting that developed countries emissions typically peak and then decline as technology in industry advances. According to the International Energy Agency, China accounts for 60% of all new solar and wind power installations. China is also working on at least 21 nuclear reactors to build out nuclear energy. China has a goal of reaching net zero by 2060. It is worth noting that all of this was done quite naturally.
