Andrew unlikely to face US Congress to avoid ‘making a fool’ of himself

Spiked Chief Political Writer Brendan O’Neill discusses UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s call for Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to go to the US to face Congress over his links with Jeffrey Epstein.

Mr O’Neill claims Andrew’s infamous BBC interview was the thing “that really did it for him”.
“It really ruined his life because he was so useless and rubbish in that interview,” Mr O’Neill said.
“I can’t see him going over to America and making a fool of himself again.
“I think a lot of people think he should do this, he should tell us what he knows, he should tell us the truth.
“People want to know what went on on these islands.”
