Former Queensland senator Amanda Stoker says the climate reparation fund is essentially a “blank cheque from Australian taxpayers” to those in third-world countries who may not be as concerned about the environment.
Ms Stoker expressed her anger at Western countries “footing the bill” for climate change disasters in other countries.
