EU divided over sanctions on Russian tourists; Estonia to cancel Russian visas

Finland and Estonia joined Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic in limiting or cancelling visas for Russian citizens. Estonia will block more than 50,000 visas from 18th August, Finland will cut back on the number of visas issued from 1st September.
