European markets plunge into turmoil as export anxiety spreads
Markets were in turmoil again this Monday, as the world continues to wrestle with the impact of Donald Trump’s tariffs on global trade. Here in Europe, Germany’s DAX plunged 10% on opening, before finishing the day more than 4% in the red. And there were similar losses in France and the UK.
