Israel’s blockade on Gaza continues as ICJ set to hear case on Israel’s UNRWA ban

Since March 2 of this year, Israel has not allowed any food or medicine into the Gaza Strip. Germany, France, and Britain have urged Israel to stop blocking humanitarian aid into Gaza, just ahead of public hearings at the International Court of Justice on Monday. Israel denies any violation of international law and accuses Hamas of exploiting humanitarian aid at the expense of the civilian population in Gaza.
