He said that from a military standpoint, it would be difficult to eject Russian troops this year from occupied territories. However he added a caveat saying that he did not believe it was impossible. General Mark Milley was in Germany with the U.S. Defence secretary Lloyd Austin to discuss the divide within the West over supply of tanks to Ukraine.
