3. Nature of our service

PCN provides content-discovery and video-aggregation services.

Much of the video content displayed on PCN websites is hosted by independent third-party platforms, including YouTube. Embedded videos remain hosted and controlled by the relevant third-party platform and content owner.

PCN generally does not:

Host the original video files;
Download or re-upload YouTube videos;
Claim ownership of third-party videos;
Control the continued availability of embedded videos;
Control changes made by the original content owner or hosting platform.

A video may be removed, restricted, made private or otherwise become unavailable without notice to PCN.

4. YouTube content and API services

PCN uses YouTube API Services to identify publicly available videos from selected YouTube channels and playlists and to organize suitable content within relevant categories on PCN websites.

Videos are displayed using YouTube’s official embedded player. When you watch or interact with a YouTube video on a PCN website, your use of that video and player is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

PCN’s use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable YouTube Developer Policies.

PCN does not interfere with the operation of the YouTube player, prevent access to standard YouTube player controls or claim that embedded YouTube content is owned or endorsed by PCN.

5. Third-party content

PCN websites may display or link to videos, articles, images, websites and other material created or supplied by third parties.

The inclusion of third-party content does not necessarily mean that PCN:
