Ukraine under pressure to accept US-backed peace deal
At least one person was killed and several others were injured Sunday after Russian forces staged a massive drone attack on Ukraine’s second-largest city.
Kharkiv has been the target of frequent attacks after withstanding Russian attempts to capture it early in the war.
The Russian assault comes as Kyiv faces pressure to cede territory, as part of an American-drafted deal to end the conflict.
But as Reggie Cecchini reports, Ukraine’s allies are pushing back.
