The prime ministers of Denmark and Greenland met today with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz here in Berlin. At the top of the agenda was the Trump administration’s ongoing bid to purchase Greenland from Denmark. Last week US President Donald Trump said he had no intention of using force to acquire Greenland, but he still wants some form of control of the island. That’s been rejected by the Danish and Greenlandic leaders. Credit to : DW News
