Five journalists are among 20 people killed in an Israeli attack on a hospital in Gaza.
Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel “deeply regrets” the “tragic mishap” that took place at the Nasser Hospital.
“Israel values the work of journalists, medical staff, and all civilians” his statement on X read. “The military authorities are conducting a thorough investigation.”
Nick Ferrari hears from Lieutenant Colonel (in reserve) Jonathan Conricus, a former IDF spokesperson and senior fellow of the American think-tank the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and Dr Nick Maynard, a consultant surgeon at Oxford university hospital, who was volunteering four weeks ago at the Nasser Hospital in Gaza where the journalists were killed.
