Can You Make it through the Jigsaw Trailer without Looking Away?

It’s been seven years since Saw 3D (the seventh and most recent Saw film) hit theaters. Way back then, we thought we’d seen everything there was to see. How many more grisly, f*cked up traps and scenarios could a Jigsaw killer invent? As it turns out, quite a few. This week teased another entry in 2017’s epic horror movie slate: the eighth film in the Saw franchise, aptly titled Jigsaw. There’s plenty of screaming and bleeding in the two-minute teaser, and there’s a big mystery, too: who’s doing the dirty work? The original Jigsaw killer, John Kramer, dies in Saw III, but the trailer seems to suggest he’s somehow back from the dead. Is it possible? Is Detective Hoffman somehow still alive? And how will Dr. Gordon play into everything? We’ll have to wait until Oct. 27 to find out.
